These terms and conditions apply to all survey, marine cargo and investigation services and other business undertaken by SAMMARCO.

1. These terms and conditions apply to all business undertaken by SAMMARCO Incorporated.
2. Upon issuing a request for services or an instruction to SAMMARCO the party issuing such request or instruction undertakes to pay all fees and expenses associated with the performance thereof.
3. Invoices are due for settlement within 21 days from invoice date. Invoices will be submitted electronically. In the event that the customer requires a hard copy invoice the customer will pay for courier delivery thereof. The 21 days for payment runs from the date of electronic transmission of the invoice.
4. Late payment of invoices will incur a late payment fee of US$100 plus interest at the rate of 4 per cent per calendar month from the invoice date until the date that payment is received by SAMMARCO.
5. Copyright in all documents and photographs prepared by or on behalf of SAMMARCO is vested in SAMMARCO. Following payment for services in relation to specific reports and   accompanying photographs, the customer is licensed to use and copy such report and accompanying photographs for purposes related to the matter surveyed, but not otherwise (e.g. for all associated claims, accounting or legal procedures, but not for promotional, artistic or other purposes).
6. The liability of SAMMARCO in relation to any act, neglect or default in the performance of any services will be limited to the lesser of US$10,000.00 (Ten thousand United States dollars) or ten times the fee charged in respect of the service (exclusive of expenses). Any claim not notified within 12 months from the date on which the relevant service was performed will be waived and absolutely barred.
7. Our fee rates vary according to the location of the service and the personnel attending. Please ask for a quotation when providing your instructions. Disbursements and taxes are charged in addition as applicable.
